Dallas Drivers
From the always fabulous Alandwilliams:
First you must learn to pronounce the city name. It is DAL-US, not DAL-ISS.
Forget the traffic rules you learned elsewhere. Dallas has its own version of traffic rules. . .”Hold on and pray

When I moved to Texas in 1977 I crossed into the state on I35 south bound heading for Austin. From that rest area just inside the state line came a Caddy with – you guessed it – a longhorn hood ornament. Merging into traffic they of course had their left turn signal on. Which remained that way at least until I pulled of for gas in Temple some 3 hours later.
Very funny. It definately is a Dallas trademark to not use a turn signal. Don’t understand that at all.
