This is a site with a really interesting concept. Basically using their cell phones people can map out what a city has to offer by dialing in and rating businesses that they encounter on the daily. New finds you post are spread throughout your network of people, via cell phone, email or both. People can rate your reviews and if you are regarded highly amongst your peers, Local Jones rewards you with perks and even cash.

It takes a few minutes to set up your profile, and although it is still in its beta phase, I could really see this taking off.
